What We Do

To increase the number of women entering the building and construction industry, we want to educate girls in early childhood, when they are just forming ideas around interests, passions, and potential areas of exploration.

    Representation

We use storytelling, content, and outreach to elevate women in building and construction.

  • Education & Skills

  • Community

We connect and train women in the building and construction industry to serve as role models, educators, and advocates.
